This kit produces 20 batches of fresh cheese, featuring five distinct cheese varieties to create. You can choose from Mozzarella, Ricotta, Mascarpone, Halloumi and Feta, and each batch weighs between 600g and 900g. Just add milk!
All ingredients are ambient, and this product does not need to be refrigerated before opening.
