A Mandrill's Best Friend Gromit Figurine

A comical character known for his funny facial expressions, with a long muzzle and four paws … No, we’re not talking about Gromit! Let us introduce you to A Mandrill’s Best Friend!

Artist Vivi Cuevas was inspired to paint Gromit as a mandrill (a close relation of the baboon), after noting the resemblances between the two. It took her an impressive 87 hours to complete her design in an array of bright colours – no time for monkeying around!
